Panostria is a traditional way of cooking in our island of Sifnos. On the left, right and back we position big stone slabs for the conservation of heat. In the middle of them we start a wood-fire. When the fire is ready we add our cooking pot and then slowly we cook a traditional meal with a modern touch for you to enjoy.
